GBK Products is operated by GBK Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on gbkproducts.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details when you create an account: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), optional phone number and saved addresses.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, including your name and email so we can reply.
• Email sign-ups for the newsletter or for "tell me when purchasing opens" on a product.
• Wishlist items saved to your account.
• Reviews you submit, including the name you choose to display.
• Site usage through first-party analytics: pages viewed, searches made and products viewed. We record a visitor identifier that is a daily-rotating hash of your connection details, never your raw IP address.

If we enable a third-party analytics tag (for example Google Analytics), it is disclosed on this page and governed by that provider's policy.

How we use it

• To run your account, wishlist and (when available) your orders.
• To answer your messages.
• To send the emails you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which products and pages people look at, so the catalog improves.
• To keep the site secure, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for things like a guest wishlist. We do not use advertising cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who act on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, and in future payment and shipping providers) and when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Update or delete your account details from your account page, or ask us and we will do it.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message.
• Ask us what information we hold about you.
