Returns and refund policy

30-day returns

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions.
3. Send the item back. Once it arrives and is checked, we issue your refund or ship the exchange.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically show within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Who pays return shipping

• Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping in full.
• Change of mind: you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately and you keep or recycle the damaged item; nothing needs to go back first.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been used, washed or personalised cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
